Guardianships

In addition to standard probate practice, the Law Office of Aaron M. Harrison assists in all aspects of establishing and maintaining a guardianship for the benefit of an individual unable to maintain their own affairs.  Advice and counsel is given on the management of affairs, and budgeting for long term care expenses, as well as obtaining bonds, filing accountings with the court, and completing any additional steps necessary to keep the court apprised of the status of the guardianship.
